The Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery at MacDonald Island Park opens a new season with an exhibition by Russian artist Katerina Petukhova. The exhibit titled Nostalgia is inspired by our life, love and stories we believe in. This exhibition consists of several series of artworks performed in various techniques: oil painting, watercolor, pastel and sculpture.

The four-day national tournament consists of 28 games across two locations, Shell Place Baseball Stadium and Ross Hennigar Park. The event will welcome teams from across Canada and a local host team from Fort McMurray.
