RRC excited to announce partnership renewals with SMS Equipment including SMS Equipment Stadium

(Fort McMurray – March 3, 2021) – The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) is excited to announce SMS Equipment has renewed its partnerships with the RRC, contributing to the RRC vision to be the place where communities gather, play and connect, creating memories that last a lifetime.

“Every community has specific iconic landmarks and programs that encourage the people to gather, play, learn and connect. The RRC continues to deliver on these community ideals that make the Wood Buffalo region the place to be,” said Mr. Brad Lee, SMS Equipment Regional Operations Manager.

Through their partnership renewals encompassing SMS Equipment Stadium at Shell Place, SMS Equipment Golf Hole at the Miskanaw Golf Club and SMS Equipment Zamboni, the company displays dedication to developing and fostering quality of life in the Wood Buffalo region.

In correlation with the partnership renewals, the Wood Buffalo (WB) Kids Program will receive $21,000 in monetary contributions to ensure every kid can afford to have fun. The WB Kids Program provides financial assistance to support Wood Buffalo youth and families that face barriers to participation in sport, recreation, social and cultural programs and activities.
