Fall programming at MacDonald Island Park launches with ‘It’s All Here’ Fall Recreation Guide and a preview of future upgrades
(Fort McMurray, August 30, 2019) The 2019 fall programming season begins at MacDonald Island Park in September, it includes a full range of classes for children, youth and adults.
Online registration for all Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) fall programs at MacDonald Island Park is currently underway for MIP Members. MIP Members can now register online at macdonaldisland.ca/activities or in-person at Guest Services at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre or by calling Guest Services at 780-791-0070. Non-member registration will begin on September 3 at 10 a.m.
The RRC offers programs in the following areas, among others:
Red Cross Swimming Lessons
Lifeguard Training and First Aid
Fitness
Sport Programming
Mi Dance
Children’s and Preschool Programming
Climbing
Visual Arts
The 2019 Fall Recreation Guide is available for viewing online at macdonaldisland.ca/activities. The 2019 Fall Recreation Guide also includes information on exciting new upgrades and the launch of a new membership model available in fall 2019.
