Endeavour exhibition from the Arts & Crafts Guild opens at the Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery

(Fort McMurray, January 28, 2020) - The Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery at MacDonald Island Park is pleased to welcome the Endeavour exhibition from the Wood Buffalo Arts & Crafts Guild to the gallery in February.

The Wood Buffalo Arts & Crafts Guild is one of the longest running art groups within the Wood Buffalo region. The Endeavour exhibition will showcase the works of many of the Guilds’ artists including Jim Janes, Mary Shapter, Patrick Janes, Colleen Cameron, David Ball, Elisabeth Matte, Margie Cunningham, Sonia Burke-Smith, Swapnil Sharma, Christine Hart, Vera Fustic, Junior Nippard and Glenda Little-Kulail.

The show is a collection of work from various experienced artists providing a range of creativity and energy. The idea of Endeavour is centered around the journey of the artist working to share their work with the community.

The opening reception for the Endeavour exhibition takes place at 7 p.m. on February 6 at the Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery. Light refreshments will be served and all community members are invited to attend. The Endeavour exhibition will be available for viewing from February 4 -27.
