Matriarch Rising Art Exhibition Opens at the Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery

(Fort McMurray – October 28, 2020) - The Kirschner Family Community Art Gallery at MacDonald Island Park is pleased to welcome the Matriarch Rising – Divine Feminine Energy art exhibition.

The Matriarch Rising exhibition showcases a collection of works created by female artists in the Wood Buffalo region. Made up of a combination of pre-existing pieces and new projects created during quarantine, the collection is centered around the concept of divine feminine energy.

The artists contributing to Matriarch Rising are: Sonia Burke-Smith, Tiffany Antinozzi, Charlie Saunders, Sorina Doiculescu, Claire Beaulieu, Margie Cunningham, Natasha Burt and Paula Bowman.
