HR Update: ONE Team Notification of EI Canada Payment -April 29
Due to all of the new supplementary programs in place, there are some unanticipated challenges that need to be worked out in order for the SUB Program to be administered properly for our team. As a result of that, there will be a phased approach to ensuring that our applications are on track with the SUB Program. In the meantime, we have a plan in place to ensure that payroll is moving forward in lockstep with our pay schedule.
Our action at this time will be to assess the status of each employee application and for that, we’ll need your assistance:
1) If you’ve applied for EI benefits, please log into your My Service Canada account (if you’re having any access issues, let us know) and take a screenshot of the “My Latest Claim” page – see the example below
2) Once you’ve taken the screenshot, attach it to an email addressed to HR Services and send
3) Please be sure to unblock emails coming from Lisa Major and check your junk mail often
