Feel the thunder as the Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO arrives at Shell Place in September 2023
(Fort McMurray, Alberta, May 8, 2023) –The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) is pleased to announce that the Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO will thunder into SMS Equipment Stadium at Shell Place with two shows in September 2023.
The 2023 Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO will welcome car crushing giants to compete in racing, wheelie contests, and amazing freestyle action. This exciting event also includes freestyle motocross featuring thrilling displays of aerial acrobatics. In addition, there will be opportunities for guests to meet the drivers and see the trucks up close at the pre-event Pit Party.
Show times are Friday, September 8 at 7:30 pm (Pit Party from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm) and Saturday, September 9 at 2:00 pm (Pit Party from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm). VIP tickets, which include a Pit Party Pass and commemorative badge are available for purchase.
Tickets go on sale online at macdonaldisland.ca/events and in person at MacDonald Island Park Guest Services on May 16 at 10:00 am.
