Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO delights fans at near-sold out and sold out shows on September 8 & 9

(Fort McMurray, Alberta, September 11, 2023) – The Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO roared into Shell Place this past weekend, leaving over 8500 monster truck and motocross fans delighted.

The near-sold out show on Friday September 8 and completely sold out show on Saturday September 9 featured car-crushing monster truck giants competing in racing, wheelie contests, and freestyle action. The event also included freestyle motocross, as well as the Pit Party where guests could meet the drivers, see the trucks up close, and enjoy a ride on a monster truck.

“We are so incredibly thankful to all the community members who came out to enjoy the shows this weekend,” said Kelly Dela Ronde, Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. “The excitement of the crowd was contagious as the Monster Truck Nitro Tour presented by BURNCO took over the field at SMS Equipment Stadium for two days of high energy-fueled fun with family and friends.”
