Syncrude Summer Adventure Camps return to Fort McMurray and Anzac in 2023

(Fort McMurray, April 10, 2023) – The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) is pleased to announce the Syncrude Summer Adventure Camps are returning to MacDonald Island Park and the Anzac Recreation Centre presented by CNOOC for another summer of fun.

Thanks to the support provided by Syncrude, the Summer Adventure Camps provide opportunities for kids in the Wood Buffalo region to participate in fun and inclusive camp experiences. Campers can choose from weekly day camps focused on adventure, expression and positive learning through creativity and play.

Registration Information

Syncrude Summer Adventure Camps at MacDonald Island Park (ages 4 -12)

·         Member registration begins at 10:00 a.m. on Monday April 10

·         Member registration will be available online only at macdonaldisland.ca/programs.

·         Non-member registration begins at 10:00 am on Monday April 17

·    Non-member registration will be available online, in-person at Guest Services at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre, and by phone at 780-791-0070

Syncrude Summer Adventure Camps at Anzac Recreation Centre presented by CNOOC (ages 6-12)

·         Member registration begins at 10:00 a.m. on Monday April 10

·         Non-member registration begins at 10:00 am on Monday April 17

·         Member and non-member registration will be available in-person at Guest Services and by phone at 780-793-6900
